Since this is the 100th post, I feel like we should look back to what brought us all together: City College. While we have been growing over the past year in college, our school has not progressed and we need to take a moment to reflect. But first:
Mia
Over the past year, and life of this blog, you have gone from mother of one to engaged and expecting. We can't wait to welcome lil Caleb into our lives and into our family. We know that you will raise him to be a strong man that he will not get sucked into the nonsense we call the streets. No matter what you think, I have seen how you have grown and matured into a woman and a mother and soon to be a wife. I know that over the summer and next year, you will continue to grow and become a more amazing person.

How you have grown!! I always thought you were immature and silly (like myself) but now I am watching you become a man. You've pushed aside having sex in cars (lol) and are ready to be a father. I know that your nervous but just think of how great you have been to MelMel over the past year. That little girl loves you and looks up to you as her father, and I know Caleb will too. Your going to be an amazing husband and teach your children the way of life all while keeping Mia sane and driving her insane at the same time.
Justin
You have also grown over the past year. You moved onto a remote island with weird people that you didn't know and made the best of it. You spent 9 hard months living life as an adult paying rent and bills and balancing many jobs and school. I am really proud of you. I know that you are prepared now to live life to the fullest because you have already been there. Even if next year, you are not on mainland with us, I know that you will be safe and well taken care of.

Mi Lil Actress!! This past year, I feel as if you have found yourself. I've known you the longest and I've seen many transitions in your life. First, 8th to 9th and then 10th to 11th and now high school to college. I feel as if you are truly coming to terms with who you are and what you like and dislike about yourself and that makes me proud. It takes a lot of maturity to do that and you display it. I know that you will continue to grow into the next school year and that we can always depend on you.

MY BABY!!! I adore you because you didn't change. And it wasn't a bad thing at all. I feel as if you act more immature than what you really are and this year I had the pleasure of learning that other side of you. While it was always there, you never exposed it and I am happy that you decide to share it with me. I want to thank you for always opening your room to me and always making me feel better when I was down. You really are as nice as you act 100% of the time and I don't know what I would do without you.
Guys, I love you and I don't think I tell you enough!!
but thinking back on city, read this line from the budget:
We have allocated money to purchase an additional IB English Teacher, IB Diploma Spanish and AP Technology Teachers.
So now we buy teachers and not "hire" them. LMAO
